Returns & exchanges

If the size isn't right, we exchange for another size within 7 days — as long as the shoes are unworn (trying them on indoors is fine, playing outside in them is not).

Message us on WhatsApp with your order and the size you need, and we'll arrange the swap.

When the shoes arrive, take a minute to look them over before you pay. If something isn't right, tell the delivery person and message us — you only pay when you're happy.

If a pair arrives damaged or develops a fault that isn't normal wear, message us a photo on WhatsApp. We'll exchange or refund — no long story.
